Aviva Rosen

Aviva Rosen (C'18) was a Communications major and Creative Writing minor from Philadelphia. As a former member of the Jewish Penn Environmental Group, her efforts to promote environmentalism and sustainability were met with enthusiasm, apathy and even hostility. Through extensive interviews with religious environmentalists and surveys of her religious peer, she hopes to uncover what it is that drives religious millennials to care about the environment in the hopes of inspiring others to lead environmentally conscious lifestyles.
